February 17, 2016 was National Random Acts of Kindness Day, and we wanted to do something special. We reached out to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association, who put us in touch with a local family that had been going through a difficult time.
The 3 boys and mother recently lost their father and husband to a battle with cancer, and we just wanted to be able to do something to put a smile on their face.
We picked up the boys from their school in three supercars, going for a drive around town before heading to the Kelowna International Airport where they were whisked away in a helicopter for their own private tour of the area.
We are happy to say that we got the smiles we were after, and everyone had a great day!
Special thanks to all those that helped out on this special day.
