There’s no better way to experience what your vehicle is truly capable of than on the race track. Each year, we host exclusive track days at Area 27, inviting our friends and clients to experience it firsthand.
All skill levels and vehicles are welcome, with the exception of our Porsche-only track day.

Regular track day rates:
$700 + tax for drivers
$150 + tax for passengers
Purchase (2) track days and receive 10% off each

Our highly anticipated annual Porsche Track Day where Porsche owners from all over come together and experience their vehicles on a world-class motorsports circuit.
All experience levels are welcome and we also have an autocross track for drivers to test their skills on throughout the day with awesome prizes for the quickest times!
Porsche Club Members:
Eligible to receive 15% off on Sunday, September 13th (contact us for discount code).
Porsche Club members that would like to purchase both Thursday and Sunday track days will receive 20% off each day only on the Track Driver Fee. (Requires special discount code – please contact us prior to purchasing)
For non-Porsche Club members:
Purchase (2) track days and receive 10% off each. Purchase (3) track days and receive 15% off each track day.
Autocross Passes
Autocross offers drivers the chance to test their skills in a safe, controlled environment. Set up with a timed course of cones, autocross emphasizes precision and handling over outright speed—making it perfect for drivers of all levels. Whether you’re looking to compete for fast times or just experience the thrill of pushing your car’s limits, this is your chance to get behind the wheel and be part of our track days’ high-energy atmosphere.

About Area 27:
A circuit unlike any other.
Imagine a racetrack like no other, with the flow of a classic Grand Prix circuit and benefits of modern technology. Designed and built with intention, taking advantage of natural elevation changes, and featuring a variety of corners to tempt, test and challenge.
Surrounded by breathtaking scenery in Canada’s warmest climate – the motorsport equivalent of Pebble Beach. Area 27 is a driving enthusiast’s dream.
The 4.83km world-class circuit is a hidden gem, located just 5 minutes East of Oliver, B.C. and a short 30-minute drive from Penticton, B.C. Academy 27 features one-on-one coaching from some of Canada’s top motorsport professionals and is available to drivers looking to refine their driving skills.
Area 27 offers a Grand Prix lifestyle with luxurious amenities for the motorsport enthusiast. Phase 2 includes the Area 27 Clubhouse, which features a 3,200 square foot dining room, high-end members locker rooms, state of the art classroom, and drivers pro shop.
Featuring commanding views of the circuit and an outdoor bbq centre, the 2,500 square foot patio is the perfect location to entertain guests.

Track Day Info
August Group Track Days are on a first come first serve basis. Each track day will be available to a maximum of 40 participants.
All skill levels are welcome, with 3 distinct levels of experience being separated into groups at the track:
Each driver gets approximately (5) 20-minute sessions at each track day as well as time on the autocross course at their own leisure.
Novice: Has a valid driver’s license and little or no track experience and may have attended a one to three-day driver orientation program at another facility. These individuals would be required to be behind a pace car for lapping during our events.
Intermediate: Has a valid drivers license and has attended a recognized racing/high performance driving school within the last five (5) years, or has attended the 2.5 day course at Area 27. Recognized racing/higher performance driving schools can be found through the following link: ASN Canada FIA Approved Driving Schools. These individuals are permitted to take a passenger and may open lap at track days
Advanced: Has a valid drivers license and holds or has held within the last ten (10) years a Regional, Vintage or Amateur racing license issued by CACC, CASC, SCCA, SCCBC, but not limited to, or have participated in a recognized racing school series. These individuals are permitted to take a passenger and may open lap at track days.

Cancellation Policy:
Please note that all track day purchases are final.
Due to the high demand of participation in our track days, we are unable to offer any refunds.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
We will have a waitlist available for anyone wishing to participate in a Track Day that has reached its maximum participants.
If you are Bringing any Non-Passenger Guests:
Please note there is an extra lunch charge per guest.
Guests are considered to be in addition to any passengers and will be able to watch from the sidelines.
* We require at least (2) weeks notice if the number of non-passenger guests changes due to lunch order requirements.
Other Policies:
All participating vehicles are expected to be mechanically sound and safe to drive.
Participants including passengers will be required to wear a 2015 or newer DOT/SNELL rated safety helmet. If you do not have a helmet you will be required to rent one (available at the track) for a cost of $20.
